Oman Air passenger turnout rises 17pc; Cargo income up 67pc - Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate, has reported a 17 per cent rise in passenger turnout last year with 2,325,805 over the previous year figure of 1,984,853, according to a statement from the airlines office. Despite the recession when most airlines are cutting their operations, Oman Air is soaring high with its expansion plans.
